Road signs in Botswana stay close to the Vienna Convention on Road Signs and Signals concerning shape and function, with the noticeable exception of using blue for the main background instead of the internationally accepted white or yellow. There are also some local signs unique to Botswana. Warning signs are an upwards-pointing red triangle with a white background and black pictogram describing the danger or obstruction. Speed limit signs are a red circle with white background and the limitation in black. Botswana drives on the left. In 1980, the octagonal "STOP" sign replaces the old circular and triangular one. Since 2013, Botswana has begun replacing the blue signs with a standard white background as used in neighbouring countries such as South Africa. However, in 2015, the No Entry text will be removed on the No Entry sign. ==Regulatory signs== File:Zeichen 206.svg|Stop File:Botswana road sign - Give Way.svg|Give way File:Botswana road sign - Give Way to Pedestrians.svg|Give way to Pedestrians File:South Africa - Do Not Enter.svg|No entry File:Botswana road sign - Keep Left.svg|Keep left File:Botswana road sign - Keep Right.svg|Keep right File:Botswana road sign - Turn Left.svg|Turn left File:Botswana road sign - Turn Right.svg|Turn right File:Botswana road sign - Turn Left Ahead.svg|Turn left ahead File:Botswana road sign - Turn Right Ahead.svg|Turn right ahead File:Botswana road sign - No U Turn.svg|No U-turn File:Botswana road sign - In (Entranceway).svg|In (Entranceway) File:Botswana road sign - Disabled Parking.svg|Disabled parking 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Road signs in Botswana」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
